Everything at Rasam is approached with quality as the main focus.
All the four chefs have a 3 years catering degree from reputed institutes
of India and 5 star hotel background, thus fully geared up to compete
at the International level.
The Menu is 3000 miles long and 1500 miles wide, the full length and breadth
of India.
No effort is spared in creating true authentic flavours of different regions
of India. The food is light and simple and each and every dish is prepared
in its own separate sauce, thus no two dishes taste the same. They have
also sourced some exotic herbs from India which are not available in Europe
i.e. pathar ke phool, kebeb chini, pipla, pipli and khus ki jadh.
They are confident that their quality driven approach will change the
image of Indian cuisine in Dublin.
